Selina Tay founded Collective Designs in 1991 with a simple conviction: that a well-designed home should feel timeless, not trend-led. Over three decades, she has shaped the firm's signature approach — elegant, restrained interiors that are as practical as they are beautiful.

Her work spans landed homes, apartments and commercial spaces across Singapore, each one designed in close collaboration with the people who live and work within it.
